Returns Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of the receipt date, provided the product remains in its original, unaltered condition. The customer shall bear the full shipping costs. The product cost will be refunded to the customer within 14 business days.
Exchanges
Before Shipment: Customers may exchange a product for another before the shipment is dispatched.
After Shipment: Exchanges are permitted within 14 business days of receipt. In this case, the customer bears the full shipping costs and any price difference between products.
Defective or Non-Compliant Products If the product is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, the customer is entitled to an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. In this case, the customer must provide proof of shipping costs, including: (Tracking Number – Carrier – Shipping Cost). The customer will then be entitled to a full refund of the total amount paid.
Offers and Discounts Products included in discounts and promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Cases: Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances:
After 14 days have passed from the date of receipt.
If the product’s original condition has changed for any reason.
If the product has been used beyond the scope of initial testing.
Custom-made products manufactured according to specifications provided by the customer.
